Woodmere – Frances M. Maguire Hall

The Sullivan Company provided comprehensive construction services for the full renovation of Frances M. Maguire Hall at 9001 Germantown Avenue for Woodmere. The work included extensive selective demolition, new site utilities and stormwater management, and significant upgrades to the building structure and envelope. The project delivered a complete interior fit-out with new partitions, finishes, doors and hardware, millwork, and specialties, supported by fully new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
Site and exterior work included earthwork, new paving and hardscaping, stormwater infrastructure, landscaping, and site furnishings to tie the building into the surrounding campus. Building upgrades encompassed concrete and masonry work, roofing and waterproofing, new windows and openings, an elevator and accessible entries, as well as interior specialties, equipment, and window treatments. The result is a modernized facility built on a complex existing structure, ready for long-term use and public occupancy.
